Qualifications Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree, 2-4 Years of relevant work experience, and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to meet short dead lines. 2 Years or more of experience supporting Naval Sea System Command ACAT 1D program with DoD Security Compliance and development of Program Protection and System Security Plans. Knowledge of DITSCAP/DAICAP required. Active clearance required. Responsibilities Assisting in the CG(X) Program Technical Director in management of the CG(X) Security Focus Group with responsibilities that include identifying and resolving IT security issue certification. Supporting DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP) tailoring, level of effort determination and ensuring implementation of DITSCAP or DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) upon ASD (NII)/DOD CIO transition from DITSCAP to DAICAP. Supporting development of the Program Protection Plan (PPP) and System Security Plan. Conducting periodic reviews with the Developmental Designated Approving Authority (DDAA) and the Designated Approving Authority (DAA) to present status of overall security engineering development. Verifying that all security-associated issues remain in compliance with the requirements agreed on the System Security Authorization Agreement (SSAA).
