We are seeking 4 detail-oriented and focused Sales Support Administrative Assistants to join our dynamic team! Sales Support Administrative Assistants In this role you will have the opportunity to assist our Sales and Project Managers with sales and purchasing activities in regards to managing requests for pricing, quotations, sales and purchase orders. This is an integral position that will also follow API ISO 9001 procedures and International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations by executing the following key functions: • Receive and respond to customer requests utilizing various software and research tools • Data entry of customer requests and subsequent sales • Prioritize and follow up to ensure timely response to customers • Assist with reporting metrics  

Requirements:  Ideal candidates will possess a High School diploma and 1-3 years of business experience in sales, account management or customer service. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred. Military aviation/maintenance experience a plus. Candidates should also possess the ability to work urgently toward meeting deliverables without clear deadlines. Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook and Excel, including spreadsheet manipulation and analysis, is required. Fluency in a foreign language desirable. Access and ERP knowledge a plus. A can-do attitude is essential!
