Sales Representative

Capture 3D, Incorporated is the sole supplier of the ATOS/TRITOP three dimensional scanning system developed by GOM in Germany.  Since our entrance to the market in 1998 we have become the market leader in three dimensional optical measuring systems.

 

Our mission is to improve our client’s time to market by providing an accurate digital definition of their physical part to improve their Computer Aided Inspection (Quality Control), Reverse Engineering and Rapid Prototyping processes.

 

Capture 3D can further improve these processes by providing a premiere, reliable and easy to use three-dimensional digitizing solution that produces accurate and high quality scan data. This scan data can be surfaced for downstream engineering applications such as: Milling, Rapid Prototyping, Reverse Engineering, Inspection, Part modification, FEA and CFD.


We are headquartered in Costa Mesa, CA and have offices in Novi, MI and Houston, TX.  As we continue to expand we require Sales and Engineers in our Houston facility.  The Sales Engineer candidate must be self motivated, able to work independently, demonstrate measurement systems, manage the sales process and develop a support organization.

Responsibilities will include:

 

· Prospect/customer contact

· technical demonstrations

· perform some measurement contract work

· benefit analysis to client

· prospect/customer follow up

· close business

 

Candidate requirements include:

 

· 3-5 years direct sales experience of CAD/CAM or related systems (hardware and/or software)

· strong closing skills

· overachiever, willing to work long hard hours

· technical competence

· excellent presentation skills

· Strong work ethic.

· Sound knowledge of PC use and applications.

· Understanding of three dimensional space.

· Willingness to travel at least 20%-30%.

· Experience with measuring systems (laser tracker, CMM, Scanner)

· Strong Inspection background

· 4 year college/university degree
