Foresight Technologies, Inc. is an engineering and manufacturing firm specialized in the engineering, design and manufacture of automated wet processing systems in the semiconductor, electronics, solar, optics and other industries. Our designs focus on wet etch and wet clean and include linear and rotary automation, chemical blending and distribution, web based systems and conveyor systems.

Sales Manager

Our Sales Manager is responsible for identifying new customers, developing an understanding of their requirements and selling our products and services.  Sales is responsible for taking the lead in all customer contact in order to maintain continuity and ensure customer satisfaction.  Marketing strategy for U.S. and overseas customers.

This is a hands on position encompassing direct selling strategy, marketing, sales management and responsiblity for execution of corporate objectives.

Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer service and sales:

·  Maintain a professional image and high ethical standards

·  Develop and maintain relationships with users of wet process equipment customers to maximize sales opportunities and identify new opportunities

·  Provide Direct input on organizational strategy and vision

·  Identify new customers and manage prospect sales

·  Work with Customers to identify all opportunities and find best solutions.

·  Meet ambitious company sales objectives in a profitable manner.

·  Generate quotes and proposals based on labor and long term opportunity of account to ensure maximum long term profit. 

Engineering/production support:

·  Provide technical support for customers which requires knowledge of chemical processing systems.

·  Work closely with Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met.

·  Define and document Quality Procedures and Work Instructions that affect Sales functions.

·  Meet with and participate in ISO.

 

Skills Required

·  Proven ability to drive sales without direct supervision

·  Direct experience in solar applications a plus

·  Excellent leadership skills and customer relation skills

·  Must be extremely organized and able to multi task

·  Strong Computer and Internet skills

·  Wet Process, Bulk Delivery Systems, Solar cell processing, Automation and Web processing background a plus

·  Strong technical background in industrial processes

·  Customer tracking and project management experience

·  Ability to travel
