An organization is seeking an International Sales Manager to be the global point of contact.  This role will be responsible - under the guidance of the Director, Commercial Development - for developing sales activity and margin growth in the following geographic markets, Asia, Asia Pacific. In paricular China, India and Japan. The role will also maintain and develop existing overseas customers and in-country sales agencies as well as having full Product range responsibility across all market segments. To handle this role successfully it would be prefereable if candidates have previous experience in international, commercial and export markets. Prerequisites are the ability to develop strong, enduring relationships; strategic thinking; ability to drive action/change; very strong computer skills. This role will involve overseas travel. Experience in the metals industries will be highly regarded, particularly with titanium. A College Degree is required with a preference for Engineering and/or Advanced Business qualifications. An ideal candidate will have a solid sales background tied to technical knowledge of the aerospace industry and the the ability to mesh commonsense solutions to practical situations. This knowledge would also be used to develop long term strategies and opportunities to improve and create business within the overseas markets. The location will be Exton, PA.
