Regional Quality Control Manager

As a Regional Quality Manager for Industrial Fasteners, you will lead a team of technicians to apply continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the reliability of our processes and the quality of our products for one of our largest global customers. Provide leadership for the organization and the quality related issues Establish and/or maintain Key Performance Indicators and system tracking, reporting, and improving performance Serve as the key contact for internal and external customers on quality related issues Develop the capabilities and skills of those in the department through teaching, coaching, establishing high standards while ensuring accountability Partner with sales, operations, materials and other internal departments on technical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Ensure all certifications are current QUALIFICATIONS BS in technical area preferred 8-10- years progressive experience in Quality or related areas, including a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.  Industrial Fasteners a plus Knowledge of multiple problem-solving methods (i.e., Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, etc.) Must have prior experience with external customer and supplier relationships Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to travel 25%
