Busy wholesale distributor of electronic components in Lake Elsinore, currently has opening for best Receptionist/Bookkeeping & Office Assistant in Riverside County. The Receptionist / Bookkeeping & Office Assistant has the crucial frontline role in providing the first impression to our clients, which include professional buyers and engineers from multiple sectors including high-tech, aerospace, defense and medical. The Receptionist/Bookkeeping & Office Assistant will answer the telephone throughout the day while assisting the Accounting Department with bookkeeping and accounting tasks. The position requires an excellent multitasker who is also a bright fast learner and reports to Chief Financial Officer. 

 

The best candidate for this position is someone who has at least two years of office assisting experience, excellent organizational and  communication skills. Computer skills required. Quickbooks, Word, Excel, and letterwriting abilities a plus.

This is a fulltime position Monday through Friday.  We have available benefits including healthcare, dental, vision and a 401k Plan. Compensation is an hourly rate of $14.00 - $16.00 an hour depending on experience.  Final candidates will be required to take a bookkeeping and workplace skills test.  Background check and credit check also required for this position.
