Position Description:

The Analog Device Technology Group performs analog component research and development along with analog-centric subsystem development and demonstrations. Work spans such diverse disciplines as analog circuit design, materials science, micro-fabrication process development, RF design, advanced electronic packaging technology, and quantum and solid-state physics.The successful candidate will develop analog and mixed-signal integrated circuitry for a variety of state-of-the-art systems, including ultra-low-power communications, high-performance receivers and next-generation radars. Will work on all aspects of the development: from conceptualization and system design, through circuit design and layout, to IC and system testing and data analysis. Will design circuits in a variety of processes including SiGe, bulk CMOS and SOI CMOS. Requirements: PhD in Electrical Engineering. In Lieu of a PhD, a MS in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of directly related experience will be considered. Proficiency in Cadence and/or other IC design tools and RF and digital testing instruments.
