Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance Engineer - GREAT COMPANY

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Quality Assurance required, with emphasis on electrical and electronic components and parts.
• Knowledge of quality systems ISO9001/AS9100.
• Prior experience in an electronics assembly environment preferred.
• Strong statistical background, mainly in Sampling Plans, SPC, and DOE's.
• Knowledgeable in Process Capabilities Indicators and Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal, written, organizational, analytical and PC skills.
Responsibilities:
• Establish, Collect, Monitor, and Analyze key process and product metrics from internal departments, customers, and suppliers.
• Work with internal departments to implement continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate, identify, and implement corrective and preventative action activities with internal departments.
• Update internal inspection and test procedures and processes.
• Coach/ Instruct employees in quality assurance principles and methodology.
