Quality Assurance/Compliance Engineer

US citizenship or permanent residency required for this facility Responsible for ensuring products and processes are in compliance with relevant military standards. • Act as knowledge expert throughout facility with regard to relevant military standards. • Develop and improve processes which support compliance to standards. • Provide technical support to Quality Conformance Inspection department with regards to performance of conformance testing. • Perform process and product audits and issue corrective actions in response to nonconformances. • Coordinate activities to ensure government approval of new product designs, new processes, and process or product changes. BS / MS degree in engineering (i.e., ME,EE,IE,MfgE) or relevant science discipline (i.e., materials science, physics) • 5 plus years experience in a manufacturing environment required; electronics manufacturing preferred • Experience with electronic device military performance standards such as MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-PRF-19500 preferred Apply on Line www.irf.comE mail pbasfor1@irf.com
