Project Manager-Scheduling

Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Project/Program Management Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) 6+ months-*Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder*JOB DUTIES: Demonstrated ability to access data in existing spreadsheet and/or database format. Demonstrated ability to compare baseline data to performance data and build performance curves. Ability to track performance and identify when data is out of standard deviation from the norm. Ability to work as part of a larger team. Assist other data metrics team personnel as necessary. Required to work at site. No virtual work authorized. Advance experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access preferred. Ability to apply cause and effect analysis to data metrics and develop a plan of action.JOB SKILLS: * Ability to work within an environment of schedule metrics tracking and development of schedule recovery plans. *Ability in the construction and updates of reports / status charts as part of presentation packages for senior management. *Experience with Microsoft Access Data Tables and Microsoft Excel Pitvot tables required. * Ability to quickly learn the data table configuration of an Enterprise Scheduling Tool and apply that knowledge to process and procedures. * Experience with DelTeck Open Plan Professional preferred but not mandatory.* Demonstrated ability to access data in existing spreadsheet and/or database format. * Demonstrated ability to compare baseline data to performance data and build performance curves. * Ability to track performance and identify when data is out of standard deviation from the norm. * Ability to work as part of a larger team. * Assist other data metrics team personnel as necessary. * Advance experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access preferred. * Ability to apply cause and effect analysis to data metrics and develop a plan of action.
