Manpower Professional is currently recruiting for a Project Management Specialist to work at a company that is a leading provider of integrated avionics, engines, systems & service solutions for aircraft manufacturers, airlines, business & general aviation, military space & airport operations. This is a great contract opportunity that is expected to last 12-18 months and is located in Albuquerque, NM. For immediate consideration for this opportunity, please e-mail your resume to resumesnm@manpower-nm.com or apply directly at www.manpower-nm.com In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist in bringing a new organization up to a "green status" with Government Flight Rules in accordance with implementation of DCMA INST 8210.1 "Contractor's Flight and Ground Operations" for an Unmanned Aerial System. The ideal candidate will have experience as a supervisor/Officer in a Military Aircraft Flight and Ground Operations environment responsible for implementing Tool and FOD control aspects of the operations. Experience in Maintenance operations and experience with direct DCMA interface is also required. Ability to interview, audit, coach, train, and develop working personnel is required. Ability to assist in development of Operational Training materials will also be required.
