Project Engineer - Thermal/Vapor Analysis

Manpower Professional knows how and where to make your plans come to life. This position is with a large stable company located in Torrance. In this role you will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystem of major programs. Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. Participate in negotiation of contracts/contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications. Act as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss costs and technical performance. Establish design concept, criteria and engineering efforts. Working closely with product development, integration and test teams. Develop new business and/or expand product line. Manage master plans, schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
