CEi seeks a Program Scheduler for our Roseville, CA office.  Responsible for program schedule development and maintenance from proposal to product delivery.  Will provide resource management, schedule process/procedure development and maintenance for PMO activities. Scheduler will assist in oversight desktop metric schedules and the development of earned value reports. Requires experience in MS Project Server (Enterprise Program Mgmt) with earned value management.  Will be part of the program management team providing project oversight, analysis and reporting.Key Responsibilities Include:· Contract WBS and SOW support during proposal development for detail planning of activities. · Resource load work hours in schedules to provide time-phased resource planning. · Analyze schedule quality, produce metrics, and resolve problems. · Work with task owners to update schedule status, milestones and ETCs. · Responsible for detailed schedule analysis of network logic and critical path to resolve conflicts. · Performs “what if” scenarios for individual program management team members.  · Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule.  · Provide Schedule Analysis Reports:  Critical path, Top level, Resource Management, Milestones, slack tables.· Develop and use scheduling processes, procedures, methods, and concepts. Reviews and develops highly complex schedule network logic for errors and inconsistencies.  · Ensures compliance with internal program procedures as well as project control guidelines and IMS DID (Integrated Master Schedule Data Item Description).  · Ensures programs compliance in EVMS and ANSI 748-A. · Provide schedule training to department, engineering and Controller's organization. · Ensures management understanding of network logic, Gantt, pert, milestone lists, and resource information in the schedule. Typical Qualifications· BS/BA degree in either finance, business, or engineering with a minimum of 3 years scheduling experience; or concurrent enrollment with 6 years of scheduling experience using Microsoft Project; or equivalent knowledge in work experience. · Primary skill required 3 - 5 Years experience with Microsoft Project in the Enterprise system. · Without personnel management responsibilities, must be able to motivate internal and third party team members to deliver important information on time in a matrixed environment. This will enable the candidate to maintain high-quality plans that are vital to the success of the program.  · Effectively utilize scheduling/analysis tools such as Microsoft Project Professional, Web Access, and Excel. · Experience in automating Key business processes. · Excellent organization, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. · Must be energetic, a team player with excellent communication skills, and a desire to learn new concepts and grow.
