Program Manager - Subcontracts
Description:The Program Manager - Subcontracts (PM-SC) will manage all aspects of critical subcontracts issued by GDAIS in support of the Division to successfully develop, integrate, test and deliver major subsystems. Responsibilities: The PM-SC will be responsible for all aspects of subcontract performance, including financial, schedule and technical performance, for key teammates and subcontractors as assigned. The PM-SC will be part of the GDAIS PM-SC Team and be responsible for leading multidisciplinary Subcontractor Management Teams (SCMT) through all phases of the subcontract program life cycle, initiation through close-out. The PM-SC will play a key role to ensuring the subcontracted effort supports the success of the overall program.This position will require frequent interaction with Business and Program Management at the Senior Manager and Director-level, with performance/metrics visible at the Directorate level.
