Project Manager - Program Management

Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Project Manager who is looking for a challenging work environment.

Responsibilities include developing plans, and coordinating, activities associated with defined aircraft upgrades and modifications to ensure implementation of programs within assigned, schedules and budgets.

Accumulate and evaluate program management data, develop and track performance metrics, schedule risk, and financial performance of assigned projects. Support Sales in research, development, pricing and proposal efforts for new business opportunities.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management, Business Administration or a related field and possesses the following skills: excellent organization, communication and computer skills with an attention to detail. A minimum of 5 years prior program management experience; aerospace/aviation exposure is a plus.
