Program Manager (EPA Methods )
B.S degree in chemistry or related field and 15 or more years of experience as an analytical laboratory manager or section supervisor with responsibility for budget preparation and cost control. Direct experience and extensive knowledge of EPA analytical, data review, and QA/QC procedures and managing/supervising large multifaceted projects required. Superior proficiency in MS Office and excellent verbal and written communications skills are mandatory. Responsibilities Will supervise technical staff and maintain technical integrity and financial accountability in the performance of assigned tasks in accordance with customer requirements. Will interface with customers in all performance matters; plan and oversee work in response to customer requests; track technical and financial progress; prepare weekly and monthly progress and financial reports; and resolve technical, performance, management, and personnel issues.
