Program Manager (CNS/ATM)
Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business Management with at least 5 years experience or at least 10 years related field experience in DOD Program a must.
Must have managed an engineering development program
Responsible for managing all phases of DOD and commercial engineering programs to include meeting cost, schedule, and performance goals.
Strong experience working in military and / or civil aviation avionics in a technical and/or program management role is required.
Understanding of avionics development, qualification, and certification within the FAA environment is desired.
Required:
Bachelor degree in Engineering/Business Management with at least 5 years experience or at least 10 years related field experience in DOD Program
Management:
·Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Air Traffic Control systems, GPS, Imaging systems, and Radar systems.
·Working knowledge of EVMS, program scheduling and budget management.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including presentation and technical writing capabilities
·Excellent motivator and team builder experienced in leading an independent group at a remote location; Comfortable and adept at supervisory overview role.
·General computer literacy skills including working experience with MS Office tools
Preferred:
· Masters Degree in a technical field with at least 5 years experience in DOD Program Management
·Proven leadership in team building and successful customer interface development
·Experience in the competitive DOD contract environment with knowledge of Defense Acquisition practices and program planning
·Proposal development and management expertise
