Monogram Systems, a worldwide leader and system integrator of cabin interiors in the aerospace industry, and a subsidiary of the Zodiac Group, is currently seeking an additional Program Manager to oversee and direct the development activities of products for major customers, due to our growth.

 

The Program Manager (PM) will handle OEM accounts with complexity/integration activities, demanding delivery time lines and integrated products with customers. Requires an experience and confident leader who demonstrates the capability to prepare and deliver effective presentations, to analyze and interpret customer requirements, to plan and monitor effectively and be a champion for customer satisfaction while managing program performance to meet the needs of the company. There maybe engineering product developments and installation designs coordination. This includes interaction with functional departments; Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Product Support, Quality Assurance, and Sales & Marketing. The Program Manager is the focal for the total program success.

Essential Job Duties Will ensure that customer requirements are adequately defined, uniformly understood and appropriately planned to achieve the successful execution of the program.Develop and maintain program plans that identify work scope, schedules, milestones, and program team members.Lead the program team by conducting regular team meetings, ensuring that action logs are kept and integrated schedules are available. Monitor program schedules commitments and direct appropriate personnel of possible impacts(s) or change(s) which includes arranging, attending and chairing program reviews, technical coordination meetings and design reviews as required.Maintain daily contacts to coordinate requirements, exchange status, resolve issues or problems and negotiate changes as well as frequent face to face meetings for technical coordination, program review and business management are required.Demonstrated excellent ability to articulate and resolve all delegated problems with minimal assistance from management.Program Manager will be responsible for management of the overall cross-functional program teams. Will also provide the functional managers advice on the performance of team members on training needed, assistance by providing guidance in problem solving, and directs activities relative to performance of tasks in support of the assigned program requirements. Manage complex projects by negotiating and controlling the statement of work and aligning company resources to achieve the schedule, resource, and cost objectives of the company and customer.Must posses excellent communication skills and must be highly presentable and be able to interact with multiple levels in the organization and customers.

Must have logical thought processes. Travel up to 30% may be required


Experience/Knowledge/Specialized Training Required:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred); Minimum of five plus years experience in within a manufacturing environment required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
