Plans and directs schedules and budgets. Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organizes activities ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assigns and monitors work of program staff, providing technical support and direction.Experience/Skills Required Experience leading a development team in both a technical as well as administrative level. Able to make technical decisions. Able to develop, track, and maintain develop schedules. Able to develop cost estimates and report progress to management. Experience in customer interfacing. Customer relationship and business development skills with existing customers.  Security clearance a big plus.Education Requirements BA/BSTravel Required Up to 25 percentUS Citizenship Required?
