You will be responsible for managing and directing programs which requires complete and coherent program plans to insure meeting contractual commitments. You will provide leadership in the generation of the Integrated Management Plan, as well as assist in the generation of the master schedule. The Program Manager 1 establishes major milestones such as preliminary and critical reviews as well as other schedule goals; establishes and implements program plans in compliance with specifications, performance requirements, costs and schedules. You will be responsible for meeting all assigned objectives of the program. Our Program Management team works in a highly people-oriented setting, having fun at the same time as getting the job done. This area is highly visible, exciting and at the core of our ongoing growth efforts. The department is managed by leaders who are concerned with employee job satisfaction and growth opportunities. Equivalent Education Level Required -- Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields. Master Degree also a plus.Experience Required -- Requires 8-10 years technical experience with at least three-to-five years of direct/program management experience. Experience preferred with various logistic disciplines (technical manuals, training, provisioning, supply and maintenance support) supporting military products and systems.Knowledge Required -- Requires considerable knowledge of program planning and control methods and procedures as well as basic skills outlined above.
