Program Management Data Specialist

_ ITT Communications Systems (CS)Support Aftermarket Field Services/Logistics with administrative duties to include expense reports, purchase orders, invoices, travel arrangements, shipping documents/material and other misc. field service support related tasks. Responsible for tracking labor and travel costs to assure field personnel are reporting correctly. Equivalent Education Level Required: Graduation from high school and 2 years of specialized training in an administrative function, or a 2 year business school.Experience Required: At least 6 years experience in the administrative field supporting multiple managers, showing increased responsibility and initiative.Knowledge Required: A strong working knowledge of CONCUR preferred. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
