Program Control Analyst
The Systems Engineering Group (SEG) of QinetiQ North America provides high-value engineering, software solutions, logistics information management, flight training and IT technical support services to the U.S. Department of Defense, allied governments and select commercial partners.

Provide earned value management expertise by working with government and contractor logistics control account managers supporting the UAS program. 2. Provide input to the development and management of cost accounts and work packages along with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) oversight and analysis. 3. Make recommendations regarding performance issues for consideration by program leadership. 4. Support Risk Review Board activities and provide oversight to ensure that cost and schedule-related information is properly reflected in risk mitigation plans.QualificationsEducation and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in math, science, engineering, business or operations management2. Ph.D. degree in related discipline plus eight (8) years of related experience; or Master's degree in related discipline plus twelve (12) years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus fourteen (14) years of related experience; or HS/GED in related discipline plus seventeen (17) years of related experience3. Knowledge of EVMS methods and techniques4. Experience in aviation maintenance processes and material management
