Lewis Operations Stryker RESET Program is seeking a Production Supervisor as a key member of the RESET CORE team for the Stryker family of armored vehicles. To include: 1. Supervise and mange production 45 team members in activities and phases of RESET operations in a challenging disassembly, assembly, test environment. 2. Responsible for development, implementation and oversight of production based methodologies, practices and schedule attainment. 3. Supervise, assign, manage and verify status of direct and contractor employees work load and accomplishments to include assistance in resolving troubleshooting and repair problems. 4. Contribute to the process definition by initiating changes as deemed necessary during the LRIP phase of RESET. 5. Recommend the modification, enhancement and replacement of tooling, equipment and facilities as required. 6.Supervise and communicate supply, material, equipment and service requirements for production phases of RESET. 7.Supervise and maintain work flow, communicate significant problems and production delays to Reset management. 8. Coordinate priorities with support organizations to insure schedule attainment. 9. Actively engage in promoting a workplace free from environmental health and safety related hazards to include the enforcement for proper use of personal protective equipment and Haz-Mat compliance. 10. Interface daily with internal and external Customers regarding Quality and Schedule issues. 11. Review and approve Labor reporting records with 100% accuracy rate. Job Requirements: - Five (5) to 10 years related experience. Equivalent military service acceptable in assembly and test to include troubleshooting Major Line Replaceable Units. - Six (6) to 10 years of supervisory experience. - Associates Degree recommended or Equivalent technical certification. Bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills, communication (verbal and written) and supervisory skills. - Must be able to pass Physical Qualification requirements (PQ) - Deploy as required -Candidate must be willing to work extensive extended hours in a high pressure, fast paced environment for shift coverage and Leadership support. - Previous RESET experience an asset and highly desired. - Documentation experience with IETMS, DMIS and Stryker Technical Publications. - Ability to motivate and supervise people - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point etc - Foster and promote a teaming environment at all levels of the organization, self-motivated, and demonstrated experience in team building to accomplish multiple objectives.
