Principal Systems Engineer, SIGINT

DESCRIPTION:  Principal Systems Engineer, SIGINT.  Industry leader in the design, development of systems for Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Spectrum Management, Satellite Communications and Tactical Military Networks is in need of a Principle Systems Engineer. Will be responsible for the development of hardware and software architectures for: HF and V/UHF intercept collection, geo-location, electronic surveillance and ELINT and EW Systems. Will develop system specifications, hardware selection, software requirements, interfaces and other technical specifications as required for the implementation of advanced surveillance and intelligence collection systems. Perform requirements flow-down to subsystem/system requirements and reviews operational analysis and test plans to assure integrated performance meets the customer’s specification. Prepare system test plans and procedures consistent with specification requirements. Experience in advanced technology development for SIGINT and EW customers and experience with DoDAF, and TPM measurements a plus.  Experience in Frequency Hopping radio intercept, DF techniques, and RF system engineering.
