Honeywell in Glendale, AZ has an immediate opening for a Principal Radiation Effects Engineer to lead the Radiation Effects design, analysis and testing tasks for Aerospace programs that have radiation effects requirements. Specific tasks include: interpreting requirements, leading test development activities, performing necessary total ionizing dose, displacement damage and single event effects analysis and interfacing with both the program and the customer on all radiation related issues. Thorough understanding of semiconductor device theory and working knowledge of Radiation Effects is strongly desired.Basic Qualifications:
BS Degree in either Electrical Engineering or Physics
MUST be a U.S. Citizen
7 - 12 years related experience
 
Additional Qualifications:
Honeywell product knowledge helpful
