Principal Systems Engineer

Principle Systems Engineer -- Vehicle IntegrationSummary:
This key position will be responsible for developing the C4ISR sub-system of a new army vehicle, including leading the multi-business C4ISR IPT. The C4ISR sub-system integrates communication, vehicle computer, health management, and command & control systems, along with the information assurance needs of the platform.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the C4ISR IPT by include providing direction, oversight and guidance to the members of the IPT
• Work with the prime and customer to manage the C4ISR sub-system requirements
• Develop an integrated C4ISR sub-system
• Arbitrate system trade-off decisions
• Lead all C4ISR related customer meetings, including design reviews
• Requirements allocation and interface definition among C4ISR systems
• Reporting program technical status to management
• Support follow-on proposals
Requirements:
• BS Degree with more than 10 years of Systems Engineering experience
• Experience leading a multi-business technical team
• Experience integrating C4ISR in a vehicle
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Position requires a current Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements (US Person) for access to classified information and ITAR/EAR technical data.
