Description:The Principle Technical Training Specialist is responsible for development and support of military training programs and associated products.Perform task/training analysis to develop training requirements data.Design and develop training curricula.Develop, prepare and conduct training courses.Develop testing and evaluation plans and materials.Apply state of the art learning technologies (learning management systems, content management systems) to customer requirements.Support CMMI, Six Sigma, LEAP and other improvement initiatives.SecretQualifications:Masters with min 3 years or Bachelors with min 5 years or equivalent related work experience would be considered in lieu of a degree.Applicants selected must be eligible for access to U.S. Government classified information.
