Candidate will work with Systems Engineers and other development team members to translate system performance and operational specifications into proven communications subsystem designs. Candidate should also expect to work closely with and mentor junior engineers. Basic Qualifications Skills: This position requires the following: - A minimum of 10 years experience in the development of communications network subsystems (voice, message, and data) for U.S. Government or Military applications. - Experience developing and trading off subsystem concepts as well as component and interface requirements from top level system specifications, - Experience performing RF signal integrity analysis. - Experience writing detailed verification test plans and test reports. - Experience working in a communications hardware integration environment using state-of-the-art equipment to test and verify the functions of communications subsystems. .
