Payroll Clerk:

 

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Process high volume of payroll processing and preparation for employees located internally and externally throughout the airline organization Overall responsibility for timely and accurate payroll input for assigned employees Explain and interpret complex payroll information to employees at various levels Use analytical and basic math skills to identify potential issues Familiarity with payroll tax statutory requirements and regulations Experience with garnishment processing Use reasoning skills to resolve pay issues promptly Use excellent customer services skills to assist employees Other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager 

Job Requirements: Must have 2-3 years payroll experience in a high pace/high volume payroll environment Must possess at least 1 year of UltiPro experience Must be familiar with state and local tax-payroll practices and legal requirements Must have experience with garnishment procedures Must be willing to assist with year end audits, schedules, reports or projects as assigned High school diploma or higher level of education preferred Must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
