We currently have an opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our Operation Team.  If you have the skills, knowledge and experience listed below, we would like to hear from you. Duties and Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates activities of production support to meet production goals consistent with cost quality and delivery requirements. Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery date in order to plan department operations. Review and establishes material, equipment and manpower resource requirements. Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. Responsible for staff hiring to support production needs as well as perform employee supervision and management relating to work assignment, disciplinary actions, performance reviews and development, including termtermination. Minimum Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability and/or experience for this position. Bachelor degree required or equivalent experience to cover required degree. 5-7 years experience as Production Supervisor performing duties and responsibilities listed above, in manufacturing, preferably aerospace environment. Proven track record as an excellent leader/mentor/coach to employees and provide employee development. Must be seen as approachable and having the ability to gain employee confidence as well as the ability to provide tools in helping employees to achieve their goals. Ability to lead and motivate employees to perform assigned tasks in order to meet production goals. Excellent communication skills (written and oral).    Must have excellent mathematical and analytical skills as well as reasoning ability. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors. Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Excellent computer skills required.
