Operations Officer-3647
The candidate must have Army Operations (S3/G3) experience at the Battalion Staff level or above, current Secret Security Clearance, ability to travel, and possess excellent writing and verbal skills. The candidate must also be familiar with Tactical Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems.
Function as an Assistant Operations Officer in managing the day-to-day operations and planning of future events for the Central Technical Support Facility - Technical Division (CTSF-TD), Fort Hood, Texas. Directly coordinates between the CTSF-TD departments, Battle Command Network Support Directorate (BCNSD), Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)) Program Executive Office, Battlefield Functional Area Program Manager representatives, Department of the Army Staff LNOs and other test agencies and to maintain operations and plans oversight for all projects and Software Blocking events within the Warfighter Mission Area. Complete cost estimates and perform manpower forecasts in support of CTSF-TD activities. Facilitate the integration of work processes and preparation of work products that cross-departmental functional boundaries. Directly coordinates with customers and agencies to ensure CTSF-TD technical support for exercises and experiments satisfies all customer operational requirements. Support other taskings at the direction of the CTSF-TD S3 Operations Officer.
