NET Supervisor FLMNET (Band E)

Description of Work: Supervises Stryker FLMNET activities/projects to ensure coordinated administrative, logistics, training and personnel support are available.• Supervises Stryker FLMNET effort through coordination with the GDLS Stryker PM, USG, Ft Lewis Operations, NET Manager and Site Managers as required.• Supervises Stryker FLMNET resources in regards to people, equipment and material in coordination with NET Manager.• Monitors Stryker ORR ensuring training is not adversely impacting vehicle readiness, or that readiness is not negatively affecting training.• Travel to Stryker FLMNET sites as required to supervise training activity.• Conduct continuous review and analysis to ensure that NET is meeting expected outcomes.• Supervise Stryker FLMNET personnel. • Provide and maintain performance metrics for Stryker FLMNET activities in coordination with the Stryker NET Manager.• Supports the implementation of Safety, WSA, ISO, Lean Six Sigma and other GDLS initiatives.• Other programs or activities as directed by the NET Manager or Ft Lewis Operations Manager. Job Requirements: * Strong interpersonal skills, communication and supervisory skills.. Personal computer skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Lotus Notes) •Capable of obtaining secret clearance.•Business travel as necessary, including travel throughout the US and OCONUS locations, to include contingency operation locations.•Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing at the executive and Brigade Staff level.•In-depth knowledge of US Army maintenance, logistics, training and operational doctrine with an emphasis on training and Stryker Maintenance activities.•Background in developing and coordinating US Military training documentation. Concentration Required in Maintenance Training.•Preferred Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Management. Associate Degree required - Experience may be considered in lieu of degree completion. • Skills: Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Operations, Logistics, Training, Maintenance Management and Training. •Years of Experience: 6 - 10, Concentration in Training and Supervision.• Very Strong Customer Service skills.
