Mgr III Community Relations

This position serves as a principal spokesperson for SAS on significant local matters; and represents the company with local government officials, and media. -Manages operations for the Communications organization, including supervision of two employees. -Leads the community relations and philanthropy functions for SAS. -Participates on Company-wide teams and activities representing SAS Communications. Develops and implements active programs to improve community relations for SAS including contributions, volunteerism and executive involvement. -Reviews, selects and negotiates grants to local non-profit organizations consistent with the company's program focus and goals.
