An opportunity to work in an extremely dynamic business area while serving as a prime consultant and external spokesperson for the organization on highly significant matters as it relates to Government Compliance, program set-up and execution of programs from proposal development to contract closure phases across SAS, in addition to assuming a lead role in managing/participating in the program surveillances, PIAs, Integrated Baseline Reviews, customer reviews. Individual will be responsible for providing EVMS guidance to programs and will analyze, identify and establish best approach for program teams setup and deployment of SAS EVMS Processes and tools .Individual will work closely with multifunctional and cross business teams. Including partnering with BPM Managers, EVMS Process and Tool Integration Managers, the SAS SAP Sustaining team, and the Raytheon SAP Competency Center team. Individual will analyze SAS Program data and data trends utilizing wInsight, will participate in SAS Program PPRs, PMRs and Corporate Ops Reviews (upon request). Individual will conduct EVMS process and tool training classes and workshops. This job role will require an individual who can exert influence in development of long range goals of the organization. Required Skills: * Program Office or Functional Experience in a production environment * Practical experience in applications of EVMS, Cost and Schedule Integration and Risk. * Familiarity with IPDS * Familiarity with Gate Process * Must be independent and self-motivated * Be able to meet critical deadlines * Be proactive, creative, and possess problem identification, problem solving and decision making skills. * Have strong analytical skills, * Must be a team player with the ability to identify problems and develop corrective actions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Must have good presentation, communication, and training skills * Must have good organizational skills and ability to effectively coordinate multiple activities Desired Skills: * Proposal cost volume development and management. * Working knowledge of MSProject, IPM/MPM, SAP R3, BW, PC Pricing, wInsight * Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access) * Comfortable learning new software Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or the equivalent job experience 10+ years in the program office with experience supporting the Production Programs.
