Work Location: Carlsbad, CA Start Date: 9/8/2008 Pay: $25-$30/pr hr (DOE)Duration: 12 Months Performs the preparation of required records for the release of design data and design documentation into the company data and documentation control systems. Under close supervision: Prepares precision mechanical design layout per verbal instructions, mechanical sketches, existing hardware or engineering lab models, received from both mechanical and electrical engineering and/or other technical support personnel; Completes the preparation of the necessary technical documentation for the release of Mechanical Hardware designs into the company documentation control system; Maintains contractually controlled, Government and/or company design and documentation requirement knowledge in supporting the completion of assigned tasks; Assists engineering in the preparation of documentation for the revision of drawings, previously released to the document control system.
