Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience and demonstrated strong analytical, problem resolution, organizational, program management and leadership abilities. Must have hands-on experience with MS Project, Earned Value Measurement techniques in cost and schedule performance management.In-depth working knowledge of earned value concepts and theories with the emphasis and the program planning and scheduling aspects.Strong interpersonal skills are also required for contacts with outside agencies and customers as well as with employees at all levels and locations.Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated strong organizational and project planning abilityDuties / Responsibilities: Developing integrated master plans and schedules in support of the Earned Value Management System. The Scheduler will be subject matter expert for scheduling & current scheduling SW. Responsible for developing and accurately maintaining integrated master/sub-project schedules, ensuring schedule logic is maintained (horizontal & vertical), coordinating work activities with project team members, progressing schedules and assisting in identifying and resolving schedule conflicts. The scheduler will conduct detailed analysis of major program events as well as key intermediate milestones and, in addition, will coordinate with suppliers to collect and deliver current process information associated with contractor agreements in order to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Interprets the status for potential schedule impacts and communicates impacts to control account/program manager and Integrated Product Team Lead.
