Marketing Manager, Sr. Monrovia, CAJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• The Senior Marketing Manager, EV Power Systems, will enjoy the rare opportunity to develop the marketing strategy for a new business within the organization, while continuing to manage ongoing strategies for its existing industry-leading product lines.• The Senior Marketing Manager will support the development of the long-term strategy of the new business, while minding the short-term, pragmatic issues at hand, including the immediate revenue potential of early-movers, and the development of a defensible penetration strategy. • Upon building the business plan with the EV Power Systems marketing, product management, engineering, sales, and business development teams, the Sr. Marketing Manager will manage the plan to execution and ongoing management, making recommendations for continued development of the growing business in terms of new products, marketing plans, and human capital. • The Sr. Marketing Manager will also be very active in managing the company's Industrial EV Charging and High-Powered EV Test Equipment marketing strategies, by working across the cross-functional team to ensure top and bottom-line success.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:• The Sr. Marketing Manager, EV Power Systems, will have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a technology company in the capacity of Marketing, General Management, or Product Management. • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of cross-functional team leadership, financial modeling, strategic planning, marketing communications, project management, executive presentation, and a demonstrated ability to drive programs aggressively to completion. • The candidate must have an interest in and aptitude for managing and/or contributing to all aspects of a new business, and have a tireless passion for new, breakthrough technologies.
