Honeywell Aerospace currently has an opening for a Manufacturing Technician II - 3rd Shift, located in Plymouth, MN.  This position reports directly to the Integrated Supply Chain Supervisor.

 

This position will process microelectronic devices in a clean room environment in the MEMS assembly area. Key processing tools will be die attach, wire bonders, microscopes, lid seal, and various Integrated Circuit assembly tasks. This position will utilize set-up documents and operating procedures to prepare equipment for product processing. This position will be expected to cross-train into other work cells to cover fluctuations in the product flow.

Basic Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent

U.S. Citizenship Required

Computer Literacy (Work with MS Office and Interal Systems)

 

Additional Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year in micro electronics mfg highly desired

Communication skills

Conscientious for detailed work

Ability to perform inspections using a high power microscope

Versed in 5s desired

Knowledgeable in Integrated Circuit assembly equipment a plus

Die visual inspection

LEAN Training/Experience desired

Ability to cross-train in other work cells
