Manager of Inflight Training

Mesaba Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northwest Airlines is currently hiring for a Manager of Inflight Training.

 

We seek a results-oriented individual to provide leadership, planning and management to the Inflight training and development function, ensuring the highest quality educational process for Flight Attendants and compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, DOT regulations and company policies and procedures.

 

Ideal candidates must have 5-8 years of experience in Inflight operations, bachelor’s degree or equivalent, flight attendant qualification, strong computer competencies, and excellent analytical skills, the ability of develop strategy and implement ideas, communication and multitasking skills are essential.
