Make your next move to Raytheon! Job Description: Provide program and engineering management support for existing efforts in AAS/LSRS. Ensure that organizational program management and engineering processes are applied and that there is a continuous flow of communication across the program. Actively participate in internal program planning, execution, and control. Provide inputs on decisions that will impact the success of AAS/LSRS and SAS. Routinely interface with the customer to plan, coordinate, and execute a successful program. Act as a knowledgeable resource in matters pertaining to program management, IPT Leadership, cost account management, schedule execution, risk management, proposal management, staffing, business process, and other management activities. Routine activities include: General Program Management Support; Schedule management; Cost account management; Monitor and report weekly earned value (SPI/CPI); Metrics collection and reporting; Program EAC and budgeting activities; Proposal management; ROM development; Program Gating; Supplier management; SOW development; Labor approval; Coordination and participation in Mgmt Reviews; Stakeholder communication; Staffing. Required Skills: . Must be able to obtain TS clearance * Understanding of Earned Value Mgmt (BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, CPI, SPI, SV, CV) * Familiarity with PM Best Practices and Engineering Processes Desired Skills: * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) * Understanding of IPT Leadership * Experience using a scheduling application (MS Project, Primavera) * Experience as a Cost Account Manager * Experience in proposal writing * Experience with program financial management and reporting * Experience with financial management systems .
