Systems Division provides select Government, commercial, and international customers value-added, total worldwide systems solutions for their air and missile defense, air traffic control, communications, command and control, range, spacelift, surveillance, and force protection needs, as well as full logistics support services for facilities and equipment. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to; performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of AC electrical distrbution systems up 13KV, power generation plants, UPS, monitoring computer systems. Must have a working knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E.'Preform preventitive maintenance on switchgear, circuit breakers and all other associated electrical gear. 'Perform monthly safety inspections of assigned buildings 'Proficicent in office computer use Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows 98, Windows XP and MAXIMO'Troubleshoot equipment utilizing drawings and test equipment'Collect and provide analysis of technical data'Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements'Perform other duties as required. MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: 1 - General Office Equipment 1 - Power/Hand Tools (Drills, Saws, Buffer, etc.)0 - Crane (Manitex)1 - Test Equipment - (Digital Volt Meter, Clamp on Amp Meter, Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer)1 - Material Handling/Packing Equipment1 - Lifting Equipment (Forklift, Genie, etc.)0 - Heavy Equipment (Grader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, etc.)1 - Specialized Safety Equipment (Climbing Harness, Respirator, Arc-Flash Suit, etc.) 0 - Machine Shop Equipment0 - Pneumatic EquipmentWORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:General office environmentWarehouse environmentLifting up to 50 lbsClimbing Antennas Climbing LaddersLoud/High Noise AreasDusty AreasConfined SpaceOutdoor work in extreme heat, cold & humidityExposure to long periods in air conditioned roomsLong periods of sitting or standingContinuous walking or standingCrawling, kneeling or cramped workspaceRepeated stoopingRepeated or frequent stair climbingExtended work dayShift work Requires 2 years of technical training in the electrical field and 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in the electrical field. Must be motivated, safety minded and demonstrate a team attitude.
