MAINTENANCE
Responsibilities:
· Will perform general building maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting
· Will use common power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, etc
Requirements:
· Two or more years maintenance experience preferred
· Experience working with hand held and stationary power tools a plus
· Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
· High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
· Boiler license and/or knowledge of Heating and Air Conditioning systems a plus
