Logistics Support Analyst

Established in 1995, Coalescent Technologies is privately owned and operated with its headquarters in Winter Park, Florida. We maintain divisional offices in Washington, DC, Maryland, Atlanta and Virginia. Due to our continued growth we are seeking to fill the position of Logistics Support Analyst.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a Bachelor's Degree, in Business, Management or Science/Engineering; Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills;Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) experience, and GOV acquisition experience with certification is preferred;5 – 6 years organizational and facilitation experience in acquiring and supporting DoD vehicle systems and equipment programs, as well as DAWIA Level I in Acquisition and Logistics is desired;Familiarity with the DoD 5000 Defense Acquisition series of directives, specifically life cycle logistics; Skilled in the full suite of MS Office applications, including MS ProjectMust have ability to facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)Excellent written and oral communication skills requiredActive Secret Clearance
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE PERFORMED:Work on the MRAP program performing logistic analysis for a DoD acquisition program;Assist in drafting and approval process of respective JPO, Integrated Logistics Analysis (ILA) documents. Serve as liaison between MRAP Logistics, Configuration Management, Human Systems Integration, and Safety functional areas;Ensure each ILS element's required criteria is met within the program, in accordance with appropriate MIL-STD/DoD requirements;Represent JPO Log as part of the MRAP Core and Joint System Safety Working Groups on a weekly/monthly basis to monitor successful mitigation/resolution of ILA risk; Represent JPO Log as part of the JPO Configuration Control Board, review and provide input to customer/Prime Vendor via MEARS on status of Class I and II ECPs. Work with Human System Integration Plan (HIS), Configuration Management Plan (CMP), and Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) team leads to coordinate risk mitigation solutions and provide/update appropriate documentation, i.e. Programmatic, Environmental, Safety and Health Evaluation (PESHE) documentation, National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) documentation, etc.
