These state-of-the-art systems combine advanced imagery software and multi-sensor integration to provide real-time situational awareness to tactical decision makers. Our systems transform large amounts of complex data into useful information that is clearly and intuitively presented to the operators, enabling commanders make informed decisions in real-time. We build systems for a wide range of global missions including wartime battlefield management, crisis management, peace keeping and contingency operations, drug intervention, and public safety.Mounted on a HMMWV, MOTS is a highly mobile Air Traffic Control (ATC) Tower that offers the latest in ruggedized air traffic services including, secure communications, precision location information, runway lighting, night vision compatibility and basic weather information. Deployable in multiple configurations, it supports operations at military or civilian airfields and tactical landing zones for up to three ATC operators and one supervisor. The system is also air ransportable by UH-60 and C-130 aircraft. “MOTS will provide air traffic controllers with the critical capability of quickly establishing air traffic services for Army Aviators. MOTS also includes a Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) workstation for the supervisor position inside the MOTS shelter. TAIS provides visualization in four dimensions for increased situational awareness, airspace deconfliction and fratricide avoidance. The Logistics Project Lead (LPL) ensures design interface between Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and engineering occurs at the beginning and throughout a program lifecycle so that supportability is designed into a program/product. Display an ability to analyze a program’s supportability requirements and recommend appropriate Performance Based Logistics (PBL) strategies. As a task or project leader, leads an ILS task or small project by applying technical and non-technical expertise in support of ILS goals. Coordinates team member assignments and builds and maintains the team's functional capabilities. Responsible for the completion of assigned ILS tasks or small projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Participates in development of program strategies and teaming strategies as they relate to the assigned task. Participates in the bidding and proposal process. Strong advocate and participant in continuous process improvement efforts. Ensures less experienced team members are mentored. Effectively encourages trades across technical, contract and program domains of project. Actively uncovers technical and organizational risks and ensures they are included in risk mitigation plans. Perform Cost Account management (CAM) tasks for projecting and controlling budgets. Communicates regularly with project customer, supplier(s), project team, and internal management. Deals regularly with support functions within the division. Regular contact with ILS project leads, ILS section, engineering project manager, engineering section or department manager and program manager. Exhibit a dedicated commitment to establishing and improving customer relationships and overall customer satisfaction.Works with Business Development personnel.Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 6 years ILS experience, or Military experience, AA degree and technical training plus a minimum of 9 years of acquisition logistics experience is required. Knowledge of the 10 Logistics Elements and acquisition logistics process is essential. International Society of Logistics (SOLE) certification desired. Self-directed/ self-starting ability. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff. Ability to bridge communication across a team. Ability to engage in continuous learning. Skilled at executing complex tasks. Effective communication with managers and teammates. Exhibit a strong working knowledge of all MS Office professional products. MS Project experience is a plus. Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience desired. Applicant must be a US Citizen and possess an active security clearance.Must be able to travel 20% of the time.
