' Validate maintenance/troubleshooting procedures developed to support operation and maintenance of system at test site' Develop troubleshoot, inspection, maintenance and repair procedures' Job includes direct interface with government agencies, prime contractors and subcontractors ' Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to develop solutions to complex problems' Must be self motivated, work with minimal direction and the willingness and ability to share knowledge and skill enhancement techniques and mentor peers and coworkers ' Knowledge of Navy Aircraft Recovery Systems and procedures' Experience with development of technical documentation' Familiarity working with documentation developed using adhoc report capabilities' Must be familiar with development of repair tasks with preferred focus on supporting of a combined NAVSEA and NAVAIR requirements.' Ability to lift 50 pounds.'
