Labview Test Creation and Source Code Professional Needed
We are currently seeking a one year contract Labview Source Code Professional for our Fortune 500 Aerospace client located in the Irvine, CA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on software development for the aerospace industry. You will be interacting with both engineers and technicians in order to maintain LabView source code and develop new code to perform needed tests. Tasks include but are not limited to · Designs qualification and acceptance test fixtures for electromechanical actuation and pilot controls hardware. · Generates acceptance and qualification test procedures, test stand specifications and schematics. · Supervises technicians performing engineering development and qualification testing. · Generates Acceptance and Qualification test software and hardware consoles, procedures, and test stand specifications. · Generates and edits data acquisition system software programs including Labview and or ATEasy for control and data acquisition on test systems. · Maintains test logs and generates test reports. Must be familiar with electromechanical hardware and measuring same including resolvers, RVDT's, LVDT's, strain gages, load cells, load cell conditioners, load cell displays Requirements for Consideration· Experience creating labview test environments including source code· Experience with the integration of software and hardware is a must· QTP and ATP testing capability / hardware design is preferred but not required.
