Job Description: Work involves support to the 25-Year Automatic Declassification Program. Functions include ordering and retrieval of documents, preparation of documents, document scanning and quality control to create electronic copy, indexing of documents in database for declassification review. Other responsibilities include data entry and tracking of documents. Will be part of a team that maintains data entry production; prepares work to be processed; and inputs data in a classified environment. Required Skills: Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph with a minimum of 4 years experience in data entry or administrative setting. Ability to type with speed and efficiency with minimal error. Must demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines. Required to operate routine office equipment. Requires ability to interact with internal and external customers in a manner that reflects a commitment to quality. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills: Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills. Excellent analytical and proofreading abilities are also desired. Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus.
