Description:Provides customer with end-to-end capability to produce, vet, and disseminate analytical products for the intelligence, defense, law enforcement, and public safety communities. Responsibilities include the design of intelligence-based information products; the integration, review, and analysis of products for quality, accuracy, policy conformance, and appropriate security and access classification. Proofreading and editing of draft intelligence products written by DHS analysts, to include assessments for senior DHS and intelligence officials; ensuring that all products follow DHS editing/style guidelines; high attention to detail in order to correct mechanical errors (e.g., grammar, sentence structure, spelling, punctuation, word usage); ensure language accuracy, and consistency with use of acronyms and names; revising for clarity, conciseness, coherency, voice, and style. Verification of references cited in draft products for accuracy and classification.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.TS/SCIQualifications:MUST HAVE Top Secret clearance.Mandatory clearance requirements at time of hire: (1) an active, current, or transferable Periodic Review; (2) a final Top Secret; and (3) ability to attain access for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).A Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience are required (or equivalent professional work experience).Detail-oriented and a quick learner; adaptable to new situations and multiple and/or changing deadlines and priorities.Must be comfortable using electronic mail, web browsers, and online research tools.
