We are seeking a Information Assurance / Certification & Accreditation (C&A) Analyst to coordinate all WareOnEarth Communications initiatives in support of U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare System Command, System Center. This position can be located in Norfolk, VA or Charleston, SC.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serve on a team at SPAWAR Charleston that develops System Security Authorization Agreements (SSAAs) according to DITSCAP /DIACAP and DoD regulations 8500.1, 8500.2 and 8510.1-M. Knowledge of Navy security regulations and HIPAA also needed.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Significant experience in the development of complete SSAAs as per current DoD regulations. Experience must include both analysis and writing of main document and SSAA Appendices A-R, including design and conduct of tests in accordance with DISA SRRS, scripts and the use of scanning tools, such as Nessus, NMap and Retina. Must be familiar with security regulations of various service branches. Secret (or higher) Clearance required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor*s degree in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics) - CISSP preferred.
Ability to obtain a DoD Interim Secret clearance, full DoD Secret (or higher) clearance preferred.
Due to the nature of work performed in our facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
